Leadership Team

Angie Bidleman, RN, BSN, MBA
Owner / Executive Director
Angie brings deep compassion and leadership to her role, guiding the mission of Comforting Hands Hospice with a heartfelt commitment to quality care. With years of experience in hospice and palliative services, she oversees both the Grove, Oklahoma and Southeast Kansas locations, where she has helped secure CHAP accreditation and build a culture centered on dignity, comfort, and family.
Her vision is simple yet powerful: to care for each patient as if they were her own loved one. That mindset shapes every decision she makes and every team member she supports.

Outside of work, Angie enjoys spending time on the lake with her husband, Derrick, and their son, Landon. Whether boating in the summer or simply relaxing together, family remains at the center of her life just as it does in the care she provides.

Rebecca Rexwinkle, RN
Director of Patient Care
Rebecca brings over two decades of experience to her role, leading the clinical and nursing teams with skill and heart. Her career began as an EMT in 1997, followed by certifications as an LPN, Paramedic and Firefighter. She later earned her RN through the LPN-RN Bridge Program at NEO and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management and Leadership.
Rebecca has worked in ICU, pediatric psych, and home health, but found her true calling in hospice care. She believes in tending to both the medical and spiritual needs of every patient.
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys quilting, traveling, and time with loved ones. She is a proud mother to Madison (son in law Tom) and Isaiah and “Mammy” to Brewer, Stella, and Lennon. Her boxer, Nova Grace, is always close by.

Debbie Madden
Office Manager
Debbie has been the heart of Comforting Hands Hospice since day one, bringing dedication, warmth, and steady support to her role as Office Manager. Her attention to detail and care for others have helped shape the compassionate environment the team is known for.
Originally from Missouri, Debbie now calls Grove home. She is a proud mom to two daughters, both schoolteachers, and a doting grandma to four energetic grandsons.
When she's not working, Debbie enjoys poolside afternoons with family, quiet time with her fur babies, and baking homemade bread. Her love for family shines through in all she does.

Dr. Renee Russell, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Renee Russell, MD, is a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician and serves as Medical Director for Comforting Hands Hospice of Grove. She has been providing care to the Grove community for more than two decades.

Dr. Russell earned her bachelor’s degree from Baylor University in 1992, followed by a master’s degree in Reproductive Physiology at Oklahoma State University. She went on to complete her medical degree at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in 1999 and her residency in Family Medicine at the University of Oklahoma.
In addition to her role at Comforting Hands Hospice, Dr. Russell operates her own family practice in Grove, which she opened in 2003. She is dedicated to caring for patients with compassion, knowledge, and a deep commitment to her community.

Dr. Brannon Spillars, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Brannon Spillars, MD, has provided compassionate internal medicine care for more than 25 years. He is the founder of Spillars Medical, serving patients at Hillcrest Hospital South Medical Plaza and at nursing homes throughout Oklahoma.

Medicine is Dr. Spillars’ second career. After earning a degree in aerospace engineering from Oklahoma State University, he worked on jet engine design for the Apache Longbow and Comanche Stealth helicopters before pursuing medicine at the University of Oklahoma, where he was recognized as a Harris-Presbyterian Research Scholar.

Dr. Spillars completed his internship and residency at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and has dedicated his career to serving patients with skill, integrity, and a passion for improving lives.
Clinical Care Team

Teresa Barker, RN, BSN, MBA
Quality Assurance
Teresa serves as the RN overseeing Quality Assurance at Comforting Hands Hospice, ensuring that every aspect of care meets the highest standards of excellence, safety, and compassion. Her attention to detail and clinical expertise help uphold the integrity of the services provided.
With a strong background in nursing, Teresa is passionate about maintaining quality systems that support both patients and staff in delivering exceptional care.
Outside of work, she enjoys quiet time with family, staying active in her community, and finding peace in the simple moments of everyday life.

Megan Jackson, RN
Case Manager
Megan serves as an RN Case Manager, bringing compassion, clinical expertise, and a heart for hospice to every patient and family she supports. Before joining Comforting Hands Hospice, she spent over three years as a labor and delivery nurse at Integris Grove Hospital.
Her passion for hospice care stems from a desire to walk alongside patients during life’s final chapter. She also shares her gift of music, using it as therapy to ease pain and anxiety.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys making memories with her two sons, Maddox and Kreede. Together, they fill each day with laughter, adventure, and love.

ShyAnne Wiley, RN
Case Manager
ShyAnne has been part of Comforting Hands Hospice for three years, beginning her career as a CNA. She earned her LPN in 2024 and proudly achieved her RN in 2025, bringing both dedication and growth to her role.
In addition to her hospice work, ShyAnne has gained valuable experience in emergency medicine. She is passionate about delivering individualized, compassionate care to patients and their families.
Outside of work, ShyAnne enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves being on the water whenever she can.

Kaitlin Seehausen, LPN
Licensed Practical Nurse
Kaitlin has been a dedicated LPN with Comforting Hands Hospice since graduating nursing school in 2021. Originally from Salina, Oklahoma, she brings a passion for compassionate care and a heart for serving others.
She was drawn to hospice nursing by a belief that end-of-life care should be peaceful, dignified, and centered on comfort. For Kaitlin, helping patients pass with grace is the most meaningful part of her work.
Outside of nursing, Kaitlin enjoys spending time with her two children, a son and daughter who keep life full of love and laughter.

Delaina Hamilton, LPN
Licensed Practical Nurse
Delaina has served the Grove area as an LPN for over 12 years and has been a valued member of the Comforting Hands Hospice team for the past three. Her passion for caring for others continues to shine through in every patient interaction.
She brings both experience and heart to hospice care, finding purpose in supporting patients and families through meaningful moments with compassion and grace.
Outside of work, Delaina enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with her wife, Jess, and their two beloved dogs, Zeus and Phoebe.

Brittany Stokes, LPN
Licensed Practical Nurse
Brittany has served as an LPN with Comforting Hands Hospice since graduating nursing school two years ago. Her gentle spirit and commitment to dignity and comfort have made her a valued part of the care team.
She felt called to hospice by a deep desire to bring peace and presence during life’s most vulnerable moments. Supporting patients and their families through the final chapter is both meaningful and humbling work.
Outside of nursing, Brittany recharges by riding horses, spending time at the barn, and traveling whenever she can.

Savannah Johnson
Certified Nursing Assistant
Savannah has been a Certified Nursing Assistant for five years and has served with Comforting Hands Hospice for the past three. She brings joy, care, and heartfelt connection to every patient she serves.
She was drawn to hospice work by a deep desire to help people feel peace, comfort, and dignity at the end of life. For Savannah, it’s a calling to be the reason someone smiles during their final days.
Outside of work, Savannah enjoys time with her husband and two boys. She loves singing, being outdoors, and relaxing by the creek or in a hammock.

Willow Beehler
Certified Nursing Assistant
Willow serves as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Comforting Hands Hospice, where she brings compassion, strength, and calm presence to each patient and family she supports. Her care is grounded in empathy and attentiveness.
She was inspired to pursue hospice care by a deep desire to comfort others during one of life’s most difficult chapters. Supporting patients and their families is more than a job—it’s her calling.
Outside of work, Willow enjoys spending meaningful time with family and close friends, finding joy and balance in deep connection.

Karen Gross
Certified Nursing Assistant
Karen serves as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Comforting Hands Hospice, where she provides hands-on care with compassion, patience, and a calming presence. Her role is essential in ensuring patients feel comforted, respected, and supported each day.
She is deeply committed to making a difference during life’s most meaningful moments, offering dignity and kindness in every interaction.
Outside of work, Karen enjoys spending time with loved ones and finding joy in quiet, restorative moments that recharge her spirit.

Caitlin Jones
Certified Nursing Assistant
Caitlin is a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant at Comforting Hands Hospice, bringing compassion to patients during life’s most challenging moments. A proud resident of Jay, Oklahoma, Caitlin started her healthcare journey in ER registration and has over four years of hands-on experience.

Caitlin finds great meaning in hospice care, supporting patients and families through deeply personal times. She plans to begin classes for her LPN license in August 2025.
Outside of work, Caitlin is a wife and mother of four. She enjoys reading, spending time outdoors with her children, and coaching youth softball teams.

Spenser Woods
Certified Nursing Assistant
Spenser has been with Comforting Hands Hospice since 2022, starting as a hospice aide before serving as Marketing Director for two years. He brings a strong clinical background, holding certifications in CNA, home health, and phlebotomy since 2013.
He was drawn to hospice care by a desire to ensure every patient feels loved, valued, and cared for during life’s final days. Making a difference is what drives his work each day.
Outside of work, Spenser enjoys fishing, spending time with friends and family, and sharing special moments with his pops.
Supportive Services Team

Ben Coats
Chaplain
Pastor Ben Coats is the Lead Pastor of Family Praise Center in Vinita, Oklahoma, where he has faithfully served for nearly eight years. His ministry journey began at the age of 18, and his heart remains dedicated to reaching the least, the last, and the lost by helping others know God and make Him known.
For the past four and a half months, Pastor Ben has served as a Chaplain with Comforting Hands Hospice, bringing his compassion and care to those in need.
Outside of his ministry and chaplain work, Ben enjoys barbecuing, spending time with his family and friends, and making the most of the outdoors through fishing, golf, and other outdoor activities. His passion for helping others during their greatest time of need is the cornerstone of his service.

Alan Kalgren
Social Worker
Sean has served as a Social Worker with Comforting Hands Hospice, offering emotional support, guidance, and care during life’s most sacred moments. His approach is rooted in compassion, faith, and a commitment to helping others find peace.

Debbie Hamilton, LMT-Ac
Massage Therapist
Debbie brings over 20 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist and continues to find joy in helping others heal. Her journey began while working as a hospice caregiver, where she witnessed the powerful connection between touch, comfort, and well-being.
In 2010, she expanded her knowledge through the study of Traditional Chinese Medicine and now blends both Western and Eastern techniques in her practice.
Debbie offers customized sessions using a wide range of therapies including medical massage, acupuncture, reflexology, cranial sacral work, and emotional healing.
Administrative Support

Jordan Hendricks
Administrative Assistant
Jordan brings over 13 years of experience in and out of the healthcare field, and she’s found her true home at Comforting Hands Hospice. In her role as Administrative Assistant, she provides dependable support to both staff and families with compassion and care.

She is passionate about helping others through times of need, always striving to make a meaningful difference behind the scenes.
Outside of work, Jordan enjoys life with her husband and children. Raised on the shores of Grand Lake, she cherishes family time, fun memories, and the peaceful beauty of home.

Rose Bidleman
Volunteer
Rose may not wear a name badge, but she’s one of the most beloved members of the Comforting Hands Hospice family. As Angie’s loyal companion, she comes to the office each day ready to spread joy, offer snuggles, and lift spirits.
Whether greeting visitors with a wagging tail or curling up beside a team member after a long day, Rose brings comfort in her own gentle, furry way.
She reminds everyone that love, presence, and a little tail wag can go a long way in making someone feel at home.
